Morgane is the driving force behind the educational aspects of our flagship Redress Design Award programme. Her team plays a strategic role in driving the adoption of sustainable fashion practices through the education of the next generation of designers entering the workforce. Trained as a chemist and holding an MSc from the French Textile Engineering School ENSAIT, Morgane has a deep understanding of materials and a strong knowledge in textiles. She has over eight years of experience in the apparel industry with companies such as Adidas and PVH, holding positions in sourcing, product development and more recently product & digital innovation. A certified Design Thinking practitioner with IDEO U and a firm believer that adopting sustainable practices is the only future possible, Morgane is driven by creating human-centric innovative solutions that generate positive impact.
Redress is a pioneering environmental charity with a mission to educate and empower the fashion industry and consumers to reduce clothing's negative environmental impact by shifting to circular solutions. Working directly with a wide range of stakeholders, including designers, manufacturers, brands, educational bodies, government and consumers, Redress aims to create lasting environmental change in fashion.
