HKBU Associate of Arts (Visual Arts) Graduation Exhibition 2022. This year’s theme surrounds the title of “Millennial Dictionary'', presenting the creative process and artistic approaches of graduates through photography and sculpture.
By learning the transition of time in life, we wish to bring a fresh perspective and experience to you.
To carefully unfold this “Millennial Dictionary” of unknown guidance, the exhibition recorded the conclusions of a short but long expedition from 33 graduates. Grasped the last line of obstinate thoughts, trying to pursue everything closest to the name of “truth” in tracks of fragments. Thriving, deconstructing, and longing for a new order.
Existing in the reality that produces endless absurdity under the aim of curiosity, this exhibition presents the creative productions of this year’s graduates, each with abnormal perspectives of their own. Experimenting with every possibility of artistry, we wish you could go back in time, and excavate a present meaning of concealed veracity…
