Painting is a monologue about some particular struggle and stubbornness in front of a practising surface, which turns the monologues into pictorial elements. The original contents are transformed and become difficult to be recognised, just liked the strokes of “murmur”, repeating again and again, “murmurmurmurmur…”, losing the readable form and become a pure stroke. However, it is possible to sort out the order and path by dividing the stroke section by section.
“murmur” is a joint exhibition showing the painting and drawing from six young artists. This is a record of the “murmurmurmur…”, leaking out the fragmentary mind and mood liked the dispersed puzzles.
