‘Go on without me’ is the title of An Gee’s latest exhibition showcased in Tintype gallery, London, this year. AnGee will share her working developments, methods, and creative process.
She will also be sharing her past experiences, focusing particularly on the transition from her previous to most recent works. The presentation will explore how practise and knowledge in materials have led to current developments, examining her personal process of accepting change.
Chan An Gee has obtained a first-class honour Bachelor’s degree in Illustration and Animation from Kingston University, and a Master’s degree in Fine Art in Printmaking from The Royal College of Art in London. She is also an artist represented by Tintype Gallery, London, and is actively participating in exhibitions overseas and in Hong Kong. She is currently teaching drawing and printmaking at the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University.
