The Academy locates at the former historic Royal Air Force (RAF) Officers' Mess, the 3,500-square-metre building, with a unique early 20th century colonial architectural style, is a Grade I historical building. Its high ceilings, spacious rooms, scenic views and surroundings are very suitable for creative work and teaching of visual arts. The renovated building is equipped with 12 studios for drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, installation art, printmaking, glass art, photography and jewelry design and the like, as well as a computer laboratory and a gallery.
