The BA Visual Arts Graduation Show 2016 of Baptist University displays the innumerable inventiveness of our 92 graduates. The crossover of graduates from two cohorts has resulted in more possible creative ideas that explore the possibilities of mixed mediums. Our graduates are equipped with broad range of knowledge and skills to embark on their professions in the arts field and creative industries.

Visual Arts students are unpredictable and chameleonic, which is because of their capacity to invent. During the 3-4 years of study, they have explored their potentials and experimented using different mediums outside their comfort zones. As a result, they have created diverse pieces of work with their distinctive concepts in mediums they found most suitable in.

The exhibition embodies works of various mediums, letting our audience experience a wide range of art forms to gain knowledge of arts and deepen their interests. Works are set in different places in Kaitak Campus and transform the former Royal Air Force (RAF) Officers’ Mess to a platform for demonstrating students’ works.

The Graduation Show is not merely a conclusion of the AVA bachelor life, but also a blueprint for our graduates’ future. Here is where we set off.
